Stockport Georgians Cricket Club, in accordance with the ECB, wishes to ensure photography and video footage taken within cricket is done so appropriately. We have adoped the ECB Guidelines in this respect.
Parents should not be prevented from taking pictures, or filming, their children. These are perfectly normal family practices and help mark milestones in a child’s life. The following guidelines are the accepted procedures for ensuring the appropriate use of photographic equipment at Stockport Georgians Cricket Club:-
- Parental permission for photography of their children must be obtained via the registration form.
- Team Co-ordinator/Coach must hold a current list of children whose photograph may NOT be taken in order to inform appropriately vetted photographers (at home or away venues) which children to avoid photographing.

- Concerns about inappropriate/intrusive photography must be reported to the Club Welfare Officer.
Permission

- In publications, if the cricketer is named there will be no associated photograph.
- In publications, if a photograph is used the name of the cricketer will be with held.
